Custody and security
You do. Invoices are paid to addresses derived from a wallet key you provide, so the
coins move from your customer to you without ever passing through an account we
control.
An extended public key. It lets us generate receiving addresses and watch for
payments, and it cannot be used to spend. Your private keys never leave your device.
There is no balance to freeze. If our service were unavailable tomorrow, the funds
already in your wallet would be entirely unaffected, because they are in your wallet.
Yes, and we would encourage it. Connect the extended public key from your hardware
wallet and the signing keys stay offline permanently.
Payments and assets
Bitcoin and Lightning, along with a range of other major chains and stablecoins. The
exact list is shown when you set up a store, and you choose which ones to enable.
Yes. Price in USD, EUR or another supported currency; each invoice converts at the
market rate and holds that quote for the payment window, so the amount does not move
mid-checkout.
Lightning payments settle in roughly a second. On-chain payments depend on the
network, typically ten minutes to an hour, and you decide how many confirmations
count as settled.
The invoice is flagged rather than silently accepted. You can set a tolerance for
small shortfalls, and you decide case by case whether to accept, refund or ask for
the difference.
You send them yourself from your wallet, because that is where the funds are. The
dashboard records the refund against the original invoice so your reporting stays
accurate.
Between quote and payment, no — the rate is locked for the window. After settlement
you hold the asset that was paid, so accepting stablecoins is the usual answer for
merchants who want none of the exposure.
Pricing and accounts
Nothing on your first $50,000 of settled volume. From $50,000 to $200,000 it is 3%
annually on the volume above the free tier. Above $200,000,
talk to us.
No. There is no setup fee, no monthly platform fee and no minimum. A month with no
sales costs nothing.
No. Payments go directly from customer to your wallet — there is no point at which we
could deduct anything. Fees above the free tier are assessed annually on volume.
Yes. One account can hold several stores, each with its own wallet, branding, API
keys and reporting.
Getting started
Usually under ten minutes: create a store, connect a wallet, then either share the
checkout link or paste a pay button into your site.
No. Hosted checkout, pay buttons, invoices and the point-of-sale app need no code at
all. The API is there when you want deeper integration.
Because we never take custody of your funds, onboarding does not involve the document
checks a custodial processor would need. You remain responsible for the rules that
apply to your own business in your own jurisdiction.
