How the fee works

The first $50,000 is always free

The 3% applies only to volume above the free tier, and it is assessed once a year on what you actually settled — not charged invoice by invoice.

  • Volume is measured in USD at the moment each invoice settles
  • The window is a rolling twelve months, not a calendar year
  • Refunded and expired invoices do not count toward it
  • Blockchain network fees are paid by the payer and are not ours to charge

A store settles $120,000 over twelve months.

Yes. Personal or business, the first $50,000 of settled volume carries no fee, and the feature set is the same one paying merchants use.

Nothing breaks. Your account keeps working and we get in touch about the Growth plan. The fee applies only to the volume above the threshold, never retroactively to the free portion.

No. The network fee is paid by whoever sends the transaction, and it goes to miners or routing nodes. We neither collect nor mark it up.

Above $200,000 in annual settled volume the rate is negotiated against your volume, integration and support needs. Write to [email protected] and we will come back within one business day.

There is nothing to cancel — no contract and no subscription. Stop creating invoices and the account costs you nothing. Your funds were never with us to begin with.
